Kris Rademacher-Gorovitz, a Desert Vista High School science teacher, won an award for integrating environmental education into curriculum. She received the Richard C. Bartlett Environmental Education Award, which is given annually to an outstanding middle or high school teacher.

Award merit winners receive $750 each.
