The South Mountain Community College Storytelling Institute continues its popular annual "Myth Informed" series Oct. 11, featuring the second of three concerts that spotlight mythical tales from cultures around the world. The performance, presented by the Myth Mob, will feature "Big Girls Who Fight." Storytellers will be Harriet Cole, Marilyn Torres, Liz Warren and Sulé Greg Wilson. The final performance will be "The Story of Branwen" on Nov. 1.

The free concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the SMCC Studio Theatre, 7050 S. 24th St. In courtesy to the storytellers, no one will be seated once the storytelling has begun.

SMCC storytelling programs are not exclusively children's events, but often contain sophisticated themes and content, and are suitable for both adults and young people.
