The Desert Vista High School boy's basketball program is taking its ‘Commitment to Excellence' off the court and out into the community this week. Each member of the freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams along with the coaching staff is going to be volunteering this Saturday, Nov. 20 in the morning. They will be at Mountain View Lutheran Church to pack food for the "Feed My Starving Children" organization. They are looking forward to helping out children in need this holiday season and giving back to our community.
