Rachel’s Challenge hits Ahwatukee schools this month

A couple of Kyrene middle schools in Ahwatukee Foothills will get to see a presentation of the nationwide program, Rachel’s Challenge this month.

The program, which targets bullying and self-esteem issues, will be brought to Kyrene Altadeña Middle School on Nov. 27 and to Kyrene Akimel A-al Middle School on Nov. 29.

Recommended audiences for the program presentation are adults and students sixth grade and up.

Presentations will be in the evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Altadeña and 6 to 7 p.m. at Akimel.
