Major Tyler Willbanks, who recently returned from Afganistan and is also a Kyrene father, will be the main speaker. The event will take place on Friday, March 30 at 9:30 a.m. at Kyrene Akimel A-al Middle, 2720 E. Liberty Lane.

Other special guests include Kathleen Wynn, director of community outreach and education from Attorney General Tom Horne’s office; Vice Mayor Michael Johnson; Rep. Galleo; Sen. Leah Landrum; and a number of other politicians will be there along with the past police chief of Phoenix.
