Friends of Animal Care and Control has announced the honorees for its 10th annual Hero Awards to take place on Oct. 27 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in the Arizona Biltmore ballroom. It is the largest fundraiser of the year supporting Arizona’s largest Animal Shelter, Maricopa County Animal Care & Control’s (MCACC).

Five amazing animals and one human hero will be recognized at the fundraiser, which will raise money to support the Spay Neuter Assistance Program, which is the state’s largest free public spay/neuter program.

For more information about the Hero Awards or Friends of Animal Care & Control, visit www.AZFriendsOfAnimals.org or call (602) 909-5291.
