The Arizona Fall Prevention Coalition, in partnership with Banner Good Samaritan Trauma Services, will present a free health expo from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, for National Fall Prevention Day. The event will take place in the Sandstone North Conference room at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, 1111 E. McDowell Road.
Take a mini balance exam, ask doctor questions about your personal health and fall risks, review your list of medications, learn inexpensive ways to make your home safer and participate in fun exercises that help prevent falls. Information, resources and giveaways will be available throughout the event. Light refreshments will be served, and free valet parking is available for attendees.
