The groups are 12-week educational programs for adults that can enable one to achieve a sense of meaning and joy even though life is different.
Participants follow a structured format using a text book with reading and writing activities.
In each module, only the first few meetings are open to new participants.
The group begins tonight, Oct. 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Banner Desert Medical Center, 1400 S. Dobson Road, at the Rosati Education Center in the Cholla Room. Cost is $15 for materials.
