In-person registration opportunities are available for the 2010 Susan G. Komen Phoenix Race for the Cure, taking place in the State Capitol District on Sunday, Oct. 10.
In the 18th year of the Komen Phoenix Race for the Cure, the Phoenix Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure is striving to empower Arizonans to adopt this year's Race theme - Impact. Make One. - while helping fundraising efforts, which ultimately support breast cancer screening, treatment and education programs in central and northern Arizona.
Interested individuals may register in person from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 15 to 17 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 18 at Fry's Food Store, 3255 S. Rural Road, Tempe, and 12:30 to 3 p.m. Oct. 3 at Jason's Deli Chandler Mall, 3491 Frye Road, Chandler.
