Life line screenings

Life line screenings, a fee-based service supplied by Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, are available to the community. The screenings offer testing and assessments for: stroke, carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm, atrial fibrillation, peripheral arterial disease, heart disease risk, osteoporosis risk, elevated c-reactive protein, high cholesterol, Type 2 diabetes and elevated liver enzymes.

The cost for screening packages start at $60. They will be offered on Tuesday, Dec. 14, 9 a.m. at Two Rivers Church, 645 N. Gilbert Road, Suite 180; Thursday, Dec. 16, 9 a.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Faith Community, 3450 W. Ray Road, Chandler; and Monday, Dec. 20, 9 a.m. at the Ahwatukee Community Center, 4700 E. Warner Road. Registration is required for these events.
