The United Blood Services bloodmobile will be in Sun City West on Jan. 20. The decline in donations during the holiday season, coupled with the winter increase in the state’s population, creates the need for additional blood donors.

On Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. HealthSource Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab will host a community/patient appreciation day and blood drive to honor patients of the clinic and to thank the community as a whole for the spirit of friendship and welcoming that has been extended.

The office is located at 7420 S. Rural Road, Suite B-6, at the northwest corner of Elliot and Rural roads.

Throughout the day United Blood Services will be accepting blood donations. Sign up online at www.bloodhero.com, click on “Donate Blood,” then you will enter the sponsor code HealthST or call the office at (480) 831-2870.
