Phoenix Children’s Hospital has announced the 2012 Holiday Cards will go on sale Nov. 1 at all Safeway stores.
This is the 26th Anniversary for the Card Project, the signature fundraiser for the hospital’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Retail packages are $10 for 15 cards and all proceeds support the center. The Art Project was created to not only help support the center, but also involve children in art and craft projects that help cope with stress.
Each year, Phoenix Children’s Hospital hosts dozens of art workshops enlisting local artists to show patients different forms of art and how to use their imaginations to create artwork. The cards are also available for purchase online at pchkidsart.com.
