The diabetes services offered at Chandler Regional Medical Center, a member of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW), have relocated to 1760 East Pecos Road, Rome Towers Suite 235, just north of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. Beginning in March, patients with diabetes' needs will be cared for in the Center for Diabetes Management's new location in Gilbert, as well as in satellite offices.

The Center for Diabetes Management will continue to provide Discovering DiabetesTM, a self management series for adults with Type 1 and 2 diabetes, in addition to gestational diabetes, individual diabetes training, free monthly support groups and pre-diabetes classes.

For more information, please call (480)728-3535 or visit MercyGlibert.org.
