Life Line Screening is dedicated to providing affordable, reliable, preventive health screenings to the people in our local communities.

Each Life Line Screening is a community-based event that is staffed by trained health care professionals committed to promoting a proactive approach to the health and well-being of each individual.
Life Line Screening offers testing and assessments for the following conditions: Stroke, carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm, atrial fibrillation, peripheral arterial disease, heart disease risk, osteoporosis risk, elevated c-reactive protein, high cholesterol, Type 2 diabetes, and elevated liver enzymes.
Screening packages start at $60 and are available on Wednesday, June 1, at 9 a.m., South Mountain Community Center, 212 E. Alta Vista Road, Phoenix, and Saturday, June 4 at 9 a.m., at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 1720 E. Broadway Road, Mesa.
Other dates and locations are also available. Registration is required for these events.
