A minimally invasive alternative to exploratory surgery is offered at Chandler Regional Medical Centers, members of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW). Chandler Regional is one of the only medical centers in the East Valley and as well as a few in the state where the Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) technology is available. This emerging procedure combines endoscopy with ultrasound technology for the examination of benign and malignant conditions of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, gallbladder, bile duct, liver and lymph nodes, or lesions in the chest and abdomen.

For more information on a doctor that performs this procedure, or for a doctor referral, call the ResourceLink at (877) 728-5414.
