CarePRO (Care Partners Reaching Out) will be offering free caregiver workshops that may be able to help you. Through the free workshops, you will learn about dementia and its impact, how to manage your frustration, irritation and stress, how to communicate with your loved one and how to take better care of your own health. In addition, respite and transportation assistance may be available to help caregivers attend the workshops.

For more information, please call Mindy at the Alzheimer's Association Desert Southwest Chapter at (602) 528-0545 x 201.

Seating is limited. Call now to get more information and to start the enrollment process. Pre-registration is required for participation. Workshops start in April in Chandler.
