Ahwatukee Stroller Strides class is moving outside. Morning classes will meet from 9 to 10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays rotating between Desert Foothills Park (southwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills Parkway) and Vista Canyon Park (30th Street and Mountain Vista Drive). Contact Linda Nagel (see contact information below) to find out where classes are this week. Evening classes are also offered from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Vista Canyon Park.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms and dads that they can do with their children. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. All you need is you, your child and the stroller. Bring water for you and your child and a towel or mat for ground exercises. Your first week is free.

For details, contact Linda Nagel at lnagel@strollerstrides.net or (602) 571-4393 or log onto www.strollerstrides.com/Ahwatukee.
