Arizona General Hospital to open in Laveen early 2015

Arizona General Hospital announced it’s opening a boutique, full-service health care facility early next year in Laveen. The 39,000-square-foot hospital will have 16 inpatient rooms, two state-of-the-art operating rooms, an emergency room, a high-tech laboratory and a full radiology suite.

Inner Vision Yoga to host Yoga for Labor & Birth workshop

Inner Vision Yoga recently announced a workshop for women interested in a natural approach to their labor and birth experience. The Labor and Birth workshop will be 12:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10, at Inner Vision’s Chandler studio, 1949 W. Ray Road on the southeast corner of Dobson Road. Advance registration is $45 per couple, or $55 at the door.
