The Planning and Development Department's Office of Customer Advocacy reopens this week, offering small business owners guidance through the planning and development process.

The OCA was created in March 2007, and after several successful years in operation, was temporarily closed last year due to budget cuts.

Jason Blakely was named program manager and will oversee a staff of three, including a project manager/planner and research/technical assistant.

The office, open weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., is located at the Development Center, second floor, City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., and can be reached at (602) 534-7344 or phoenix.gov/development.
