Are you 60 or older? Do you have trouble remembering names, dates and other information but are otherwise in good mental and physical health? If you answered "yes," then plan on attending a weekly Memory Training class at Victory Lutheran Church, 5946 E. University Dr., Mesa. Classes will run from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays Nov. 2 to 30.

By devoting just two hours per week for five weeks, you will have fun and improve your memory through presentations, group discussions, memory strategies and skill building.

This program is based on research by Gary Small MD, author of "The Memory Bible." Don't miss this special opportunity to acquire strategies to improve your memory for just $25 per person. Recent research indicates that five weeks of Memory Training improves memory performance by 43% and cognitive benefits from training have been found to last for years.

Registration and prepayment required by calling Veronica Ellis at (602) 839-6850 or e-mailing veronica.ellis@bannerhealth.com.
