In the past nine months, 10,000 volunteers have come through the doors of the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) Tempe Packing Site to pack more than two million meals for starving children all over the world.

The FMSC board of directors has voted to keep the site open past a scheduled closing date of April 16, in order to study its long-term potential. The site will now be open for volunteers through Feb. 2012.
