New or slightly used children's books suitable for preschool through junior high students will be collected during the seventh annual book drive running from Feb. 14 through March 14. The books will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul, Guadalupe Head Start programs, St. Peter Indian Mission School located on the Gila River Indian Community and the Boys and Girls club located in Guadalupe. To donate books, look for the Kiwanis sign and book collection box at various locations around Ahwatukee or call Bill Clark at (480) 496-4270 for information.
