The Ahwatukee Walgreens in the Safeway shopping center at 48th Street and Elliot Road has been in the process of moving for weeks. The location is set to move on Thursday, July 7. Doors will close at the current location at 10 p.m. and the new building across the street will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, July 8.
De Rito Partners, who does the leasing for the current building, did not wish to comment on the move.
