Classes coming up at the Pecos Senior Center

The Pecos Senior Center, 17010 S. 48th St., is sponsoring the AARP Driver Safety Class on the first Tuesday of each month, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Cost is $12 for an AARP member and $14 for a non-member. This class is for individuals 60 and over to receive a discount on their auto insurance.

To register, call Robyn at (602) 534-5252.

In addition, AARP will be providing "Tax Aide to Seniors" in the Ahwatukee community every Tuesday, Feb. 7-April 10 at the Pecos Community Center.

Services are provided for free on a first come, first served basis. Trained tax preparers will meet with community members from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
