Arizona's 100th Statehood Day, to honor residents who are 100 years old or more, as well as companies and nonprofit organizations that have been in Arizona for a century or more, will be Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, 340 N. Third St.
One hundred-year-old individuals, companies and nonprofit organizations are invited to submit their contact information at www.az100years.org/centenarian-brunch to receive an "e-vite" to attend the event. The deadline to register is Jan. 23.
Each centenarian and a guest can attend the event at no charge; however, they must register in advance to receive an invitation.
Additional family members and friends may purchase tickets at $40 per person, also available at www.az100years.org/centenarian-brunch.
One representative and a guest of a 100-year-old company or nonprofit entity also are invited to register online. Additional staff and associates are welcome at $40 per person.
Centenarian guests need not be Arizona natives, but presently reside in Arizona. Companies and nonprofits must have been in business in Arizona 100 years or more in 2012.
