Ahwatukee Foothills residents are being encouraged to get to know their Phoenix police officers at "Coffee with a Cop" on Friday, Aug. 12 at McDonald's, 2430 E. Baseline. The event is a chance for residents to meet their precinct officers over a cup of hot or iced coffee, sponsored by the McDonald's. There will be no presentations, just getting together with area police officers, city employees and community leaders.
