WSP Water Speaker Series in Maricopa County

Are you interested in learning how to protect your local water resources while gaining valuable volunteer experience? The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension is seeking motivated applicants to participate in The Phoenix Master Watershed Steward Program, an intensive 10-week course for adults that will educate and train participants about local watershed issues and water resources in Arizona.

Classes will meet from 8:30 a.m. to noon Thursdays Oct. 14 to Jan. 13 (holidays excluded) at the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension in Phoenix. The cost is $100, and applications are due Oct. 11.
