The Kyrene Foundation and Family Resource Center is collecting much needed backpacks and other school supplies before the school year starts on Monday, Aug. 8.
Needed are backpacks, pencils, paper, three-ring binders, spiral-bound notebooks, multi-colored pocket folders, calculators, colored pencils, crayons, markers, glue sticks and scissors.
Drop off locations are: Kyrene School District offices, 8700 S. Kyrene Road; Best Buy, 5051 E. Ray Road; and the Edward Jones office at 4080 W. Ray Road, Suite 19.
