Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio has endorsed Wendy Rogers in Arizona’s Ninth U.S. Congressional District.

“Wendy Rogers has precisely the right experience we need in Congress today,” said DiCiccio. “She is a small-business owner who understands how more taxes and regulations hurt job creation. She is a 20-year military veteran who served our country proudly. I am thrilled to endorse Wendy Rogers for Congress.”

Rogers is a fifth-generation career military officer who also holds the distinction of being one of the first 100 women pilots in the U.S. Air Force. She and her husband, Hal, have been married for 36 years and have two children and two grandchildren. They’ve owned a successful small business in Tempe for the past 18 years.
