South Mountain Community College is offering the following classes starting in August at the Ahwatukee Foothills Center, 10429 S. 51st St., Suite 100. : E-Verify and I-9 Compliance, Speedy French I, Introduction to Personal Computers and Using Windows, How to Write Your Own Book, Become a Mystery Shopper, Real Estate Principles I and II, Speedy German I, Speedy Spanish I (also offered at Desert Vista High School), How to Publish/Promote Your Own Book, Various Business Related Core Courses, Computer Graphics - Adobe Photoshop (class takes place at Mountain Pointe High School), English Humanities Core Transfer Courses, Foreign Language Core Courses, Health Care Spanish I, Introduction to Geology - Lecture and Lab, Mathematics Core Transfer Courses, On-Line Core Transfer Courses, Yoga I, Personal Trainer Certificate, Various Core Courses, World Religions, American Sign Language I Course, Beginning and Intermediate Woodworking Courses (McClintock High School), Pilates a la Yoga, EMT - Basic Emergency Med Tech, First Year Composition Core Transfer Course, Furniture Construction I and II (McClintock High School), Introduction to Cabinetmaking and Advanced Cabinetmaking (McClintock High School), Pilates (also offered at Ahwatukee Community Swim and Tennis Center), Speedy Spanish for Educational Settings I, Zumba (Ahwatukee Community Swim and Tennis Center), Mixed Media Art, Ballroom Dance (Ahwatukee Community Swim and Tennis Center), Basic Techniques & Commands of the Camera, Beginning and Intermediate Line Dancing (Ahwatukee Community Swim and Tennis Center), Tai-Chi and Qigong, and Ceramics (Desert Vista High School).
