Madison Barrow, daughter of Mark and JaNae Barrow, has been chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Arizona pageant to take place on July 9 and 10 at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Hotel, 5401 N. Scottsdale Road.
Barrow is a freshman at Desert Vista High School where she is involved in the choir council and swim team.
The National American Miss pageants are based on inner-beauty, as well as poise and presentation, and offers an All-American spirit of fun for family and friends. Emphasis is put on the importance of self confidence, learning good sportsmanship, and setting and achieving personal goals.
