City services affected by Memorial Day holiday

City of Phoenix offices will be closed on Monday, May 28 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Light rail, buses and Dial-a-Ride will operate on Sunday schedules. Express, RAPID and DASH will not operate. Parking in metered spots will be free.

There will be no trash collection on Monday. Monday collections will move to Tuesday and Tuesday collections to Wednesday. The 27th Avenue and North Gateway Garbage/Recycle Transfer Stations will be closed.

All area libraries usually open on Monday will be closed. In addition, the AFN office will be closed on Monday.
