Too bad Mike Crow doesn't pride himself on treating his staff as well as he treats the environment. Crow has the largest litigation budget (in the millions and millions) of any ASU president because he runs the school like a dictator firing anyone who dare to question his methods. ASU has a long history of crushing dissent and ruining people's careers. Don't believe me? Just do a freedom of information act request and get the dirty dishes for yourself.
