Thursday, May 7

CONNECT women's Bible study fellowship brunch and dessert: 9 a.m. (brunch) and 7 p.m. (dessert), Mountain Park Community Church, 2408 E. Pecos Road. Registration opens for DFUMC Vacation Bible School: program runs June 15 to 19 at Desert Foothills United Methodist Church, 2156 E. Liberty Lane. Children ages 4 through fifth grade are invited to go on an adventure through the bayou with Crocodile Doc, Where Fearless Kids Shine God's Light.
