On Saturday & Sunday mornings, December 8th & 9th, a sky filled with colorful hot-air balloons will participate in thrilling “Hare & Hound” races. The balloons will rise from the earth for a spectacular sight of mass and color. Spectators are allowed to walk on the field and watch the balloons inflate and lift off. Photo taking is invited.
DESERT GLOWS on Friday and Saturday evenings, December 7th & 8th. A field full of illuminated, tethered, hot air balloons will glow in time to music.
Live entertainment onstage, fireworks (Saturday Only), Family Fun area with kid’s activities, exhibits, sampling, and many other exciting attractions. In addition, there will be retail shopping vendors for purchases or browsing. Bring your appetite, as there will be a variety of foods available to purchase as well!
NEW this year… The “Classic’s” HOLIDAY FOOD & FUN FESTIVAL. Each attendee will be encouraged to vote for their favorite retail & food vendors. Vendors will be competing for the title of “People’s Choice Winner” and cash prizes.
