Here: Laughing is fun, good for health!
With a new year comes a renewed awareness of health. Health is a gift to cherish, and exercise is a must. Laughter is exercise – it is internal jogging.
Certified Laughter Leader Laurie Nathanson’s Laughoholic Club is a safe place to be silly and act like a kid again. The next get together will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, in the Community Room at Fire Station 43, 4110 E. Chandler Blvd. Wear comfortable clothes, step out of your comfort zone, re-connect with your inner child and laugh for the health of it. It’s free, it’s fun and everyone is welcome.
