Joel is happiest just relaxing and sitting by your side. He’s very loyal and loves his people. He is very sweet and playful with other dogs. Joel is searching for a loving, loyal family who will buy him squeaky toys and take him on walks around the neighborhood. He’s hoping for a family who will tuck him into bed every night with a big kiss and hug! If you pick him, he promises to always be by your side!
