Patricia Sue ‘Patsy’ Frerichs passes away

Patricia Sue “Patsy” Frerichs of Maricopa passed away quietly on April 11, 2010, while surrounded by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Steve, six children, 12 grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, countless friends and family members. Her daughters and grandchildren live in Ahwatukee Foothills.

A public viewing will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 23, and the funeral will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 24, at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road, Chandler.

Cpl. Elliot Dean Teisler passes away

Corporal Elliot Dean Teisler, United States Marine Corps, of Doylestown, Pa., died suddenly on April 17, 2010, near Camp Lejeune, N.C. He was 21.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of Daniel K. and Roberta Dean Teisler. Elliot lived most of his life in Ahwatukee Foothills.

He was a graduate of Central Bucks East High School in Buckingham, Pa., entering the United States Marine Corps in 2007. He attained the rank of Corporal USMC, MOS-Communications. Elliot embraced the time spent with his Semper Fi family. He served two tours of duty in Iraq.

Elliot was a certified master scuba diver. He loved extreme sports, motocross, paintball, skateboarding and wrestling. After his enlistment, Elliot’s plans were to attend university and pursue his dreams.

In additions to his parents, Elliot is survived by his son, Dominick; sister, Natalie; brother, Evan; grandparents Al and Muncie Teisler, Robert and Bonnie Dean and Gwen Doyle; aunts and uncles Mike and LuAnn Dean, David and MaryAnne Teisler, Rebecca and David Harrington, Lori and Frank Arreche and Richelle and Ken Roy; as well as numerous cousins, extended family and friends. Also surviving is his wife, Stasie.

Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 24, followed by the funeral service at 4 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 4000 Route 202, Doylestown, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made for the benefit of Dominick Teisler, c/o PS Charities, Attn: Lauren Rachal; 4807B Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria, VA 22304.
