Believe it or not Shannon Sorrels only wants your business for so long, but while she has it prepare to work and learn.

“The most important thing I want them to be is educated,” said Sorrels, who was named the top personal trainer. “You don’t go to school forever and you don’t need a personal trainer forever. When and if a client leaves me I want them to go with information.”

Sorrels said the facility takes on clients with a wide range of goals and finds a program that fits each client’s different needs.
