Rosie Otero has one of those jobs that we all wish we had.

“I just love it,” Otero said. “I love going to work and doing what I do.”

It all started a little over a year ago when she decided to branch out on her own and opened up a spot in the Ahwatukee Life Center.

“It’s been everything I wanted it to be,” said Otero, who has lived in Ahwatukee for 17 years. “It’s grown by word of mouth and I try to get in the community as much I can with four children in four different schools, whether it is donating for a school or charity.”

Otero provides a wide range of skin treatments in a comfortable environment.

“People can tell you if you are miserable at work,” she said. “I don’t have to worry about that.”
