Store manager Jeff Giljum takes the company’s mission statement to heart in that he treats every customer like a neighbor. Under Giljum’s leadership, Ahwatukee team members make it a point of treating their customers right, even when no one is looking. His leadership skills and the team members’ treatment of their customers is in line with the BBB Business Ethics award they received in 2011.
