They have only been in business 16 months, but the owners of Yoasis know they have been doing something right in the community - besides providing excellent frozen yogurt.
"In every way, shape or form, if you look at what we do, we try to offer the entire package," co-owner Brian McHugh said. "We go the extra mile because we want to be world class."
One way to measure that is by the amount of complaints, not compliments, of which McHugh said there are very few.
"We estimate we have served more than 150,000 guests since we opened, and we have gotten two true complaints," he said. "We're very accessible for people to complain or congratulate us."
