Diane Olson of Ahwatukee Pediatrics believes she stands out as a nurse practitioner because of the few extra steps she takes that parents appreciate. She takes time with each of her clients, prides herself on being a good listener, calls back all labs and films herself, and talks to each family personally. If Olson works with a child who is sick, she likes to personally keep track of how they're doing.

"Thank you for the support, encouragement and the appreciation for the care that we give here," Olson said.
