Known for a good happy hour and even better dishes, Macayo's managers know that in this business, the future is never certain. Which is why they keep their ear to the ground when it comes to customer needs.
"We do a lot of surveys and tell the managers and servers about the results and relay it to owners," Macayo's general manager Bryan Williams said. "Recently, it has been people wanting healthier choices, so we came out with a new part of our menu with choices of under 500 calories."
Macayo's has been in Phoenix since 1946 and is a family-owned and locally-operated business.
