After winning "Best New Business" and "Best Customer Service" last year, Biscuits and its legions of fans in Ahwatukee Foothills went for the big prize this year.
When the votes were counted, Biscuits had claimed "Best Restaurant" in Ahwatukee Foothills.
"We are absolutely thrilled that the community has welcomed us, it truly is an honor," manager Laura Shirley said. "We have a lot of fun here while we're working, and our goal is to make sure every table has a special experience."
Biscuits opened on Aug. 16, 2010, and has been serving up breakfast and making customers happy.
They are open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday through Thursday; and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays.
"Everything on the menu is homemade and is cooked to order," Shirley said. "We are on a first name basis with a lot of our customers but we always try to bring in new people, too."
Shirley co-manages with Lynn France, and Lloyd Melton is the owner.
