NEAR: Phoenix Festival de España

Phoenix Festival de España, sponsored in part by Phoenix Remezcla, will take place in the heart of the downtown art scene for free at Phoenix Center for the Arts, 1202 N. 3rd St., from noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 22.
