Summer hours, from 8 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, are now in effect for the local farmers market at the Ahwatukee Community Swim and Tennis Center parking lot, 4700 E. Warner Road. The market includes fresh, local and season produce, herbs, flowers, locally made jams, salsas, baked breads, natural pork, beef and fish, as well as local arts and crafts. Admission and parking are free.
Near: Fellowship Night at Fiddlesticks
Fellowship night begins at 4 p.m. until closing time on Friday, May 27 at Fiddlesticks Family Fun Park, 1155 W. Elliot Road in Tempe. There will be live music from local bands and artists, unlimited use of go-karts, bumper boats, miniature golf and kiddie rides for $11.99 per person with advanced group reservations of 10 or more guests.
