Come take a free SAT practice test and find out where you stand from The Princeton Review from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21. Practice test with the Scores-back Strategy session on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at Ironwood Library, 4333 E. Chandler Blvd. Registration is required and limited to 30; sign up at the library information desk.

Near: Wild Science Workshops

These broad topic multi-age science courses focus on science and ecology concepts such as physical and behavioral animal adaptations, habitats, niches, food chains, predator prey relationships and other important themes relating to Arizona Science Standards.

Events take place from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sept. 18 and 21. $40 non-members, $20 members, the Animal Kingdom ages 5 to 8, introduction to Ecology ages 9 to 13. Reservations required at (602) 914-4333. Phoenix Zoo, 455 N. Galvin Pkwy.
