Laurie’s Laughoholic Club
Laughter is life’s natural therapy. It is mind-body medicine. Re-connect with your inner child and laugh for the health of it with Laughter Yoga from 3 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 10 at Curves Ahwatukee, 4025 E. Chandler Blvd. Classes will continue every second Sunday of each month from July to November and January to May.

All-Star Weekend at Sea Life Arizona
Enjoy this weekend at Sea Life Arizona where guests can pick their favorite creatures and vote for them to be one of Sea Life’s All-Stars. A fish fest scavenger hunt will entertain kids of all ages. Sharkey will be on hand signing autographs daily. Sea Life Arizona, 5000 S. Arizona Mills Circle in Tempe, and is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
