Here: Jazzercise summer fun
Cindy Schulze of Ahwatukee Jazzercise is offering free classes for children 10 and older who are accompanied by a paying adult 18 years and older. New classes will start at 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 15 in the gym at Ahwatukee Foothills Prep, 10210 S. 50th Place. Schulze is a certified Jazzercise instructor and a member of the Presidential Council on Fitness.
Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. Movements include hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing and resistance training.
Jazzercise Low Impact (Lite) provides an effective way to get a great workout safely regardless of where you are in your fitness. Low impact and high intensity combine with great music to make you want to move. Work out to your favorite artist and have fun doing it.
Classes are fun and require no experience.
No contract is required, the walk-in fee is just $8 and children 10 to 17 are free with a paid adult (one child free per paid adult). Monthly and weekly pass options are also available.
